MentorExec provides executive mentoring and professional development programs intended exclusively for top leaders and managers in multinational corporations. Services include case study analysis sessions, management simulations, and strategic consulting to improve decision-making performance.

Access to the platform and related materials is granted on a subscription basis, according to the plan chosen by the user. Each program has a specific duration and format, communicated at the time of enrollment.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update any changes to it. The account is personal and non-transferable.

• The user may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the platform's content.
• Participation in mentoring sessions requires the confidentiality of information shared by other participants.
• The user is responsible for the security of their password and for all activities carried out under their account.

Breach of Obligations

Any violation of the terms may lead to the suspension or deactivation of the account, without the right to a refund of amounts paid.

MentorExec undertakes to provide the services as described in the chosen plan, in compliance with professional standards. The provider reserves the right to modify the content of the programs, with prior notice of at least 7 days.

The provider does not guarantee the achievement of specific results (promotions, salary increases, etc.), as the services are advisory and educational in nature.

• The provider may temporarily interrupt access to the platform for maintenance or updates.
• Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, MentorExec is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, or moral damages resulting from the use of the services.

The total liability of the provider for any claim related to the services is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

The provider is not responsible for content generated by users during mentoring sessions or associated forums.

Subscription payments are made in advance, according to the selected plan. Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the registered email address.

• Refunds are granted only if the service cannot be delivered due to the provider's fault, within 14 days of the request.
• No partial refunds are given for mentoring sessions that have already taken place.
• In the event of early termination by the user, amounts paid are not refunded.

The contract begins on the date of account activation and has a duration equal to the chosen subscription period. It is automatically renewed, unless the user cancels at least 30 days before expiration.

The provider may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, without stating a reason, in which case the amount corresponding to the unused period is proportionally refunded.

In the event of a serious breach of the terms, termination may be immediate, without notice.

MentorExec may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified at least 14 days before the changes take effect, by email or through an announcement on the platform.

Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If the user does not agree, they may terminate the contract without penalty within 30 days of the notification.
